Scheduling
- Most of your appointments can be scheduled at a time that is most convenient to you
- A few “special appointments” (braces on, braces off, etc.) can only be scheduled during morning hours, we will try to accommodate your schedule as best as possible.
- If you miss a scheduled appointment, just call us as soon as you can and we will do the best to reschedule you as soon as possible. It might not be a time that is optimal, but we will surely do the best we can.
- If you have a cleaning appointment with your dentist, please let us know when you schedule it. A lot of dentists like the wires removed for cleanings, so you will need to schedule an appointment to stop by and get the wires removed then another appointment to get the wires put back in.
- Have a braces emergency? If something breaks, feels uncomfortable or if an appliance is lost, just call us. We will assess the situation and get you in here as fast as possible.
Financial & Insurance
- Methods of payment: cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and any HSA or FSA accounts.
- We offer interest free, in house payment plans.
- If you do have orthodontic insurance, let us know and we will help you maximize your insurance benefits.
Office Hours
Monday-Thursday 7:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
If there is an emergency after hours, please call one of our main lines and you will be prompted to leave a message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
Some Additional Reminders
- Brush, floss and use a fluoride rinse to keep you teeth and gums healthy.
- Keeping your scheduled appointments keeps your treatment moving forward without interruptions.
- When instructed to wear rubber bands, wear them as directed. If you are required to wear an appliance, wear it as directed. This will keep your treatment on schedule. No one wants to be in the orthodontic office more than they have to.
- Handle all your orthodontic appliances (retainers, night guards, etc.) with care, if something breaks or is lost, call us.
